- Unlimited correspondence via call, text and email
- Access to online portal with planning materials to view plans in real time
- Access to planning templates (i.e. timeline, budget etc.)
- Review signed contracts & vendor logistics
- Confirmation of wedding vendors & venue details 1 month prior to wedding
- Wedding day itinerary development
- Wedding day management & coordination
- Final walk through at venue; review final inspections on setup, seating assignments, table/escort cards, décor, etc. (as per instructions and session discussions)
- Vendor management, review signed contracts and vendor logistics
- Attendance during wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
- Wedding day management and coordination with assistants
- Line up and direct processional and ceremony
- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed
- Set-up and breakdown of personal items at wedding – place cards or escort cards, seating chart, guest book, signage, programs, etc.
