All Packages Include:

  • Access to online portal with planning materials to view plans in real time
  • Access to planning templates (i.e. timeline, budget etc.) 
  • Review signed contracts & vendor logistics 
  • Confirmation of wedding vendors & venue details 1 month prior to wedding 
  • Wedding day itinerary development
  • Wedding day management & coordination

Wedding reception bride and groom first look

All Packages Include cont'd:

  • Final walk through at venue; review final inspections on setup, seating assignments, table/escort cards, décor, etc. (as per instructions and session discussions)
  • Vendor management, review signed contracts and vendor logistics
  • Attendance during wedding rehearsal (1 hour)
  • Line up and direct processional and ceremony 

Bride and groom reception venue

All Packages Include cont'd:

  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed
  • Set-up and breakdown of personal items at wedding – place cards or escort cards, seating chart, guest book, signage, programs, etc.
  • Coordinate reception timeline (i.e. grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting etc.)
  • Coordinate with DJ/Host on reception song selec
